There are 9 dams of different sizes on the property. Of these dams, 5 is used for irrigation purposes.

The property is divided into two premises:

The old farmyard was transformed into a tourism area with a restaurant, gift shop, wine shop,

distillery, glass studio & cottage.

The new farmyard is more centrally located and where the farming activity takes place. Buildings

on the property is as follow:

- Headquarters with an admin layout on the ground floor and flats on the 1st floor.

- a mechanical shed.

- 2 x open sheds.

- Helicopter hanger in progress.

- Historical cottage under renovation.

- Provision was made for a possible 4 more houses to be built.

Water is utilized from 3 sources: boreholes, Mountain streams and a fountain.
